Armed with in-depth knowledge of Construction Systems, Methodology and Contract Management, Our construction management team applies unweaving integrity in the following areas:
- Supervision of Construction works while strictly applying Contract requirements.
- Coordination of other Consultants during construction period.
- Issuing of Interim certificates after certifying work done.
- Seeking and obtaining occupation certificate from the local authority.
- Inspection of works within the defects liability period.
- Post Defect Liability Period support where necessary.
Architectural Design
Achieving the most Practical and creative architectural design to suite the brief developed, is the core of our tenets. While walking closely with our clients through this stage, we do the following:
- Preparation of conceptual and schematic designs for clients’ approval.
- Preparation of master plans and site plans.
- Preparation and production of final architectural drawings for clients and local authority approval.
- Seeking and obtaining development approval from the local and construction authorities.
- Preparation and production of detailed drawings for use on site by contractors.
- Advise the client on appointment of other consultants.
- Co-ordination and provision of information to the other consultants during preparation of their documents.
